It can be easily operated.Choose the right specification of grinding and dispersion medium,fill in enough medium, confirm the maximum temperature and operation time for grinding and dispersion material,confirm the rotation speed of main shaft,then switch on cool water, lower down the hanging basket,and the operation starts.

The baskets of equipment can easily change color and cleaning.TM-type hanging basket has applied for the patent in Taiwan and mainland China,assuring easy color changing and cleaning,free from any worries of color mixing.

The equipment is very economical in needs of grinding and dispersion medium. Due to the small volume of inside basket,the quality of medium requied is less,greatly reducing the manufacturing cost.

It can set up the optimum grinding and dispersion strength according to the viscosity of material to assure the best grinding and dispersion quality.
